He is fluent in both English and French and practices throughout Canada.

In 2004, he was named as one of the Top Forty under 40 business people by the Ottawa Business Journal awarded to the most successful business people in Canada’s capital. In the summer of 2003 and winter of 2007, Export Development Canada (EDC), Canada’s trade and risk finance provider for Canadian exporters and investors, featured his IP and technology law practice in its ExportWise magazine as part of a prudent international export risk and insurance management strategy.
