- Updated quarterly, the loose-leaf manual Odutola on Canadian Trade-mark Practice, a comprehensive reference work, published by Thomson Reuters is used by practitioners, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the Courts.
- Odutola on Canadian Trade-mark Practice has been cited with approval by the Canadian Trade-marks Opposition Board and recently in the 2006 judgment of Attorney General (Quebec) v. St-Germain Transport (1994) Inc. In St-Germain Transport (1994) Inc., the Court cited with approval our manual to exempt an unregistered trade-mark from the French language requirements of the Quebec Charter of the French Language.
