Students
OLLIP P.C. hires summer and articling students. Students will be involved in research and preparation of legal documents. Students will also be exposed to all aspects of intellectual property practice, including:
- copyright;
- expungement proceedings;
- licensing;
- litigation;
- trade-mark prosecution/opposition; and
- trade secrets.
Summer & Articling Positions
Summer and Articling Student positions are available for the 2010-2011 term. Each student will directly report to the IP Practice Leader. The summer and articling experience at OLLIP P.C. is designed and ideal for the student, who is able to assume a level of initiative and responsibility is organized and has excellent research and drafting skills in an IP focused setting. We seek people who are dedicated to doing the firm’s type of work. As an IP boutique, there is no formal rotation system. Students receive a competitive salary.

As the primary source of recruitment, our Articling Students are hired with the expectation of a continued association with OLLIP P.C. after their call to the Bar.
